Job Description:
We are seeking for an intern to join our HR department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Within the Human Resources Function, through a mentoring process, you will be able to contribute on the following activities
- On-boarding support (pre-employment information gathering, reception planning, meetings and training)
- Recruiting support (interview planning, cv screening, feedback collection)
- Training support (organizing classrooms, preparing materials, inviting participants, coordinating travel and logistics)
- Documentation filing
- Support for presentations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human sciences or similar.
- Interest in the HR world;
- Good organizational and precision skills
- Proactivity, positivity and determination
- Knowledge of the main computer tools and Office package (Excel and Power point in particular)
- Good knowledge of the English language
