Job Description: 
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop strategic marketing plans to promote our diverse range of products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that clearly communicate our value proposition.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, leveraging insights to guide marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize our digital presence, including social media platforms, company website, and online campaigns, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Design and oversee the execution of content marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality and consistent messaging across all channels.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance future marketing efforts.
• Organize and represent Masco Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events, enhancing brand visibility and networking opportunities. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proficient with modern marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital advertising. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to make informed decisions. 
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of working effectively in a team and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
